Service Request

Tell us about your RV and black tank so we can review the job before scheduling. You do not need to have a problem to book—routine preventive deep cleaning is one of our main services.

Standard service: $250
Includes up to 60 minutes on-site and standard travel up to 30 minutes from our service base. After you submit this request, you can pay the $100 booking deposit. The deposit is applied to your service total, and the remaining balance is due when service is completed.

3. Why Are You Booking?

Routine cleaning is encouraged. You do not need an odor, clog, or sensor problem to use the service.

The tank must be drained before service. You can still submit the request now, but we cannot perform the cleaning with a full or partially full black tank.

4. Service Conditions

Please acknowledge these items so we know the RV will be ready when we arrive.

I confirm the black tank will be completely drained before Black Tank Experts arrives. *If sewage, wastewater, or significant liquid remains when we arrive, service may be refused and the booking deposit may be retained.

I confirm the RV sewer/dump outlet will be exposed, accessible, and ready for connection. *

I confirm the service vehicle can safely park close enough to the RV sewer/dump outlet to perform the service. *Gates, parked vehicles, soft ground, tight turns, landscaping, or other obstacles must not prevent reasonable access.

I understand RV plumbing layouts vary and direct hydro-jet access cannot be guaranteed. *Black Tank Experts will not force equipment through plumbing when doing so could risk damage.

I understand alternative flushing methods may be used, or service may be stopped, if the tank cannot be safely accessed. *

I understand deep cleaning is a tank-cleaning service. It may improve residue-related sensor readings, but damaged or failed sensors are not guaranteed to work afterward. *

5. Pricing, Travel & Payment

$250 standard service

Standard service includes up to 60 minutes on-site and travel up to 30 minutes from our normal service base. Severe buildup, clogs, extra service time, unusual access, multiple black tanks, or additional travel may require a separate quote.

$100 booking deposit: Paid after this request is submitted and applied to your final service total.

Remaining balance: Due when the service is completed.

I understand the $100 booking deposit may be retained if Black Tank Experts arrives and cannot reasonably perform the scheduled service because a condition I acknowledged in this form was not met. *

I understand the $250 standard service includes up to 60 minutes on-site and additional work may require my approval of additional charges. *

I understand the standard price includes up to 30 minutes of travel from Black Tank Experts' normal service base and longer-distance service may have an additional travel charge. *
